ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

  • Design and develop ad-hoc analysis/reports to help Sales and Sr. Management drive business decisions and support strategic initiatives
  • Review data source and reporting for accuracy and completeness
  • Utilize advanced Microsoft Office skills to automate reporting and analysis.
  • Conduct extensive data prep and analysis of trends
  • Collaborate in the identification of tools & systems requirements to improve current models and forecasting
  • Provide other business and marketing analysis as requested by manager

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel (Power User), Access and PowerPoint required (2 years of VBA working knowledge is a must).  Must be expert in Pivot Tables and advance nested formulas. 
  • Working knowledge with relational querying concepts, i.e. MS SQL Server Management Studio
  • Experienced at capturing and analyzing relevant data for formulating recommendations
  • Ability to summarize information utilizing charts and graphs using MS PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communications and the ability to work with internal and external customers
  • Multi-tasking and deadline orientation are essential
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Dependability and the ability to maintain utmost confidentiality in dealing with Sales records and business information.

 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or Business Administration. Minimum of 2 years relevant experience preferred, but not required. 

 

COMPUTER SKILLS:

  • MS SQL and VBA for Excel and Access are required.
